About the Journal

Sriwijaya FoodTech Journal merupakan jurnal ilmiah yang diterbitkan oleh Program Studi Teknologi Hasil Pertanian Jurusan Teknologi Pertanian Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Sriwijaya. Jurnal ini berfokus pada beberapa bidang penelitian Teknologi Hasil Pertanian / Teknologi Pangan / Ilmu dan Teknologi Pangan yang berkonsentrasi pada: kimia pangan dan hasil pertanian, biokimia pangan dan hasil pertanian, gizi pangan dan hasil pertanian, rekayasa proses pangan dan hasil pertanian, mikrobiologi pangan dan hasil pertanian, dan pengolahan limbah hasil pertanian. Jurnal ini terbit secara berkala dua kali dalam setahun, yaitu pada bulan Juni dan Desember.

 

Sriwijaya FoodTech Journal is a peer-reviewed scientific journal published by the Department of Agricultural Product Technology, Faculty of Agriculture, Sriwijaya University. This journal focuses on several research areas of Agricultural Product Technology/Food Technology/Food Science and Technology, which concentrate on the following areas: chemistry of food and agricultural products, biochemistry of food and agricultural products, nutrition of food and agricultural products, process engineering of food and agricultural products, microbiology of food and agricultural products, and processing of agricultural waste. This journal is regularly published twice a year, in June and December.
